Laurel Pond is affordable luxury. Rental units are both comfortable and economical for families when rates, sleeping capacity, and restaurant cost savings are considered. For Lodge and Ultra Site owners rental proceeds help defray the cost of owning. Ownership ranges from the very affordable 1/5th Fractional Ownership of an RV Ultra Site up to a Luxury Wilderness Lodge on a Waterfront Estate Site, and at all levels in between depending on how large the site, and its proximity to Laurel Pond or the Lahaway Creek. Laurel Pond has Luxury Wilderness Lodges contain five double beds in 3 private sleeping areas and feel “just like home”, with a full kitchen and great room equipped with a surround sound theater.  They are fully outfitted and supplied like a luxury hotel suite.  They are great for gatherings.

Laurel Pond has RV Ultra Sites all lodges are located on our universal big rig friendly (some pull through) RV/camp sites. These are an all season outdoor living area, in a beautiful natural setting with a hot tub, fireplace and a gazebo deck equipped with a luxury grill and a table for six.
